Training Program

LEVEL 1 BASIC (Learn to Swim):

We train breathing technique, Kicking, Kicking with kickboard, basic arm drills & learning Freestyle stroke swimming.

LEVEL 2 INTERMEDIATE

We fine tune Freestyle stroke along with training other strokes like Breast stroke, Back stroke, Butterfly stroke and Diving.

LEVEL 3 PRE COMPETITIVE

We work on more endurance of the swimmers, getting the technique right for all the four strokes. We work on speed with some good intensity agility, muscular endurance & strength dry land workout.

LEVEL 4 COMPETITIVE:

Swimmers are introduced to entry level competitions to experience actual competitive scenarios. They go through swim training twice a day. Their swim time is recorded to monitor their performance.

LEVEL 5 ELITE COMPETITIVE

They compete in State, Regional & National & other major Competitions. They are fully engaged in rigorous twice a day swim training & major Strength & Conditioning training for power & explosive conditioning. They undergo Sports Physiotherapy sessions for maximum muscle recovery.

OPEN WATER TRAINING

Here swimmers are trained for Mid & Long distance swimming in Pool, Sea, lakes & rivers. They train for mid to long hours as they would swim in open water.

SCHOOL PROGRAM & COACHING

We coach students in schools for Swimming & Athletics.

8. MULTI SPORTS COACHING

Apart from Swimming, we also train athletes for Aquathlon, Duathlon, Triathlon, Pentathlon & Modern Pentathlon.
